The Contempo 'See For Yourself' inspections trips are designed to give you the opportunity to view a variety of properties & locations and to become familiar with the area. Visits can be arranged from any destination by speaking to one of our Contempo Agents who will work with you to reserve a trip that meets your individual travel and property purchasing needs. Give us 15 days notice of your visit and we will arrange the rest! Prices and availability may vary - please call!
Visit Florida From The US or the UK
Once you arrive in Orlando in Florida, a local Contempo agent will be at the airport to meet and accompany you to your accommodation in one of our rental villas. Once you have checked in to your luxurious villa home, our agent will arrange a time to give you a tour of the area and see various developments, pre-qualified to match your personal requirements. You will have time to enjoy the beautiful Floridian sunshine and the many attractions of the Central Florida Disney area.
Your inspection trip will include:
- Accommodation for 3 nights in one of our homes
- Airport collection and return
- A tour of the area and various developments
Visit Nevis From The US or the UK
Once you arrive in St. Kitts and Nevis a local Contempo agent will be at the airport to meet and accompany you to the accommodation at Hamilton Estate. Once checked in to the condo at Hamilton Estate, the agent will then arrange to give you a development tour, island tour during your stay. You will have time to enjoy the local way of life and become familiar with the property and island.
Your inspection trip will include:
- Accommodation for 3 nights at Hamilton Estate
- Airport collection and return
- A tour of the island and development
Visit Margarita From The US or the UK
Once you arrive in Porlamar, Margarita a local Contempo agent will be at the airport to meet and accompany you to the accommodation at a local hotel. Once checked in to the hotel, the agent will then arrange to give you a development tour and island tour during your stay. You will have time to enjoy the local way of life and become familiar with the property and island.

- Airport collection and return
